Our company is owned and run by passionate and professional team enthusiasts who care a great deal about our work and about your experience. In working with Uncommon Fit for your team's apparel you will be guaranteed great customer service as well as an experienced and creative group of graphic artists who will design with you or can free-style to come up with a unique and standout look for your crew. We offer excellent pricing and low minimums with the ability to help you if you need late additions or love your gear so much that you need a few extra sets; we're on your team for the season.

How It Works:

Step 1:

Email jamie@uncommonfit.com and include your basic colors, apparel pieces you are looking for and a general idea for the design. If you have any pictures to help explain what you need, great! If you don't have any idea at all, we've got plenty, we'll get you started ;)
Attach any logos you'd like included in a high resolution *.pdf, *.ai or *.psd format/file type.
If you need any logos created - let us know! We can help with that too (see Art Charges).

Step 2:

We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Once your needs are clear, we will get going to create a 'mockup' based on your information for you to review and make potential edits within 72 hours.

Art Charges

We charge a design fee of $50 which includes one mock up plus 2 revisions. After two revisions, we need to start charging $50/hr for time and effort (our top notch designers need to get paid too).
Art requests without an actual order (i.e., logos and such) – Again, our artists are super creative, so without an order we must get paid for their time and effort. The charge of $50 includes one mock up and two revisions. Again, after two revisions, we need to start charging $50/hr.
Cancelled orders – it is hard to believe this could ever happen! But if we have provided you with any art you are still responsible for all art fees. We prefer to ship your order rather than charge for art, so don’t cancel and everyone is happy!

Graphics Charges

Remember: Graphics provided by accounts must be in one of the following high resolution formats: .EPS, .AI, or .PDF.

Art Mock ups: Mock ups will have a 48-72 hour turnaround time. We reserve the right to take a bit longer if we are building art from scratch.

Revised Mock ups: Revisions will have a turnaround time of 48-72 hours.

Color Swatches/Re-orders: Our art/sublimation department is pressing color swatches on re-orders and we try to color match as close as we can. If you have Pantone Numbers for your team that works the best, this way we can match the output.

Turnaround Time: Unlike many suppliers who have a 6 week turn-around, UcFit will get your order to you 4 weeks from final artwork confirmation (Usually a little faster if you're lucky!)

Minimum Orders

Initial order the minimum order is 10 pieces. Any subsequent re-orders the minimum re-order is 1 piece. But always ask if your order is smaller, we can make any amount work.

PRICES

Prices are F.O.B New York, NY. Prices are subject to change without notice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on past due balances. Please confirm pricing with our customer care specialists. Orders are subject to Uncommon Fit LLC acceptance.

PAYMENT

50% is due as deposit and the remaining 50% is due before the product ships.

CARE LABELS

We supply garment care labels in all of our products. Please follow these care instructions for maximum usage. Our UcFit logo goes on all our garments, no exceptions.
