Last Friday was an awesome day. I headed back to my hometown, East Windsor, to connect with two long time but long lost friends that grew up a few houses from me. As we sat together it was like we never missed a beat, what a great feeling. Kevin Burrowes is now running a great screen print business called Thread Wolf and is a branding genius! Kwaku Nyantekyi has been killing video and custom animation work with Shroom Heads Media. Combine the three of us and that's one talented and creative group! We're all putting our heads together to make opportunties to support one another and for Uncommon Fit - that means some awesome limited screen print tops (for guys and GIRLS) and VIDEOS! Finally!!! Couldn't be more excited and happy to share in this journey with more friends - we're all trying to live our dreams and pursing them together will be an adventure!

    In the Thread Wolf Lab!

Going over video from recent Central America UcFit Surf Trip with Kwaku!

Just like old time, having fun with Kevin in the Thread Wolf Shop (yes, the Shop and Lab are two separate spots!)

Be happy, stay positive, do cool s**t

The UcFit Crew was honored to be invited by our partners, 4point4, to the inaugural Tewaaraton Award 'watch-list' announcement ceremony. Quick info - the Tewaaraton is given to the best male and female lacrosse player in th country. The ceremony was packed with big names in lacrosse as we got to mingle with Rob Pannell, Gary Gait, even Mark Herzlich of the NY Giants (who had a full scholarship to Johns Hopkins for lacrosse but went on to play football), along with many others. Uncommon Fit did the design work for event sponsor, 4point4's 2014 offical t-shirt for the Award organization. How freakin' cool? At the event it was kind of like a basketball player seeing Michael Jordan, Kevin Durant and Karem Abdul-Jabbar all in the same place...except for lacrosse... We're so proud to have had the chance to be there and to be involved in the 2014 Tewaaraton campaign in our small way.

With the trophy! Sweeeettt!

Our pick is Princeton's Tom Schreiber who played with out team at CityLax's Southampton tournament in 2012!

Be happy, stay positive, do cool s**t,
